The project explores how architectural elements divide and connect space, through the design of a house in a small village in my home country. ‘One space’ is not an enclosure, but a gentle division of the open site. An L-shaped main wall separates public from private, main from secondary. This logical act of dividing is followed by an intuitive development of space, using roof, floor and beams to articulate different shades of the space.
